This is a large beautiful unit ~ queen in master with it's own bath with roman tub. 2nd bedroom has a queen with another full bath right outside it with a tub/shower combo. Big roomy kitchen with everything you need to cook while here. Dining table for 6. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Slider to deck. TV, VCR, alarm clocks/radio.

There is a TV in each bedroom, and TV with dvd player in the living room. The unit is 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach on New Smyrna Beach. There are many Bike Week activities all along Highway 1 and A1Aa between New Smyrna and Daytona Beach. And, Wow, what a beach! The beach is what makes this coast of Florida the tourist destination that millions of visitors come to see every year

You will be a registered guest at Coconut Palms Beach Resort, unit #235, week 9, check in Friday, Feb 26, 2010 after 4:00PM, and check out Friday, March 5, 2010 at 10:00AM. The resort will be responsible for your comforts, and a credit card is required for damage deposit when you check in. Of course, no other fees are charged to the card if you leave the place in good order. Its just a damage deposit.

Often, the weather is great, highs in the upper 70's and lower 80's with sunshine the dominate factor. Sometimes, it can be 50 and clouds or rain. This area has much to offer, regardless of the weather.You will be within one to one and a half hour drive to most of the popular Florida attractions: Orlando, Sea World, Universal, Busch Gardens, Epcot Center, Cypress Gardens to name a few.

There is trailer parking available on a first come basis. Parking is never a issue on Friday, but does get harder to find by Sunday. There is covered parking available across the street under the resorts other units. Be sure to have a good coat of wax on the bike, and any aluminum trim on the trailer, the salt air loves to attack unprotected finishes! Late night check in is available by calling ahead.

These are pictures I took last year. Unable to use this year so we are offering it up. Email with any questions. This is a nice small resort, only 23 units I believe. SUPER friendly staff ! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN !!!! Close by is Publix, KMart, BlockBusters, SuperCuts and all kinds of small shops, resturants etc. I think the beach here is much nice than in Daytona. Not as much traffic, beautiful white clean sand ! It is close enough to go anywhere for a day trip or even overnight. PLENTY to do in the area ~ OR just stay on the beach or by the pool !
